We design for the way the northwest valley actually lives — warm, unhurried, and grounded in the landscape. Our aesthetic draws from the Sonoran Desert: warm white oak, Belgian linen, travertine, blackened steel, and aged bronze. The result is a home that feels expensive without announcing it.
Based in Peoria, we specialize in new-build homes — the buyers who close on a beautiful house and need it finished, fast, and right. Our two-tier sourcing model blends curated trade accounts with in-person outlet finds to create spaces that feel collected, not catalog-ordered.
